Who we are
Travis Airport Shuttle is a charter-party carrier licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission (TCP 34179). Every ride is pre-arranged: we are not a taxi service and do not accept street hails.
Quotes and bookings
Your price is one flat rate for the whole vehicle, shown before you book. A booking is made when we confirm it in writing, by email or text. We do not apply surge pricing.
What the price includes
Door-to-door transport in the vehicle class you booked, flight tracking, up to 60 minutes of waiting after your flight lands, up to 15 minutes at your pickup address, and child car seats at no charge. Gratuity is never added to your bill; tipping is up to you.
Extras and discounts
Meet and greet inside the terminal, with a name sign, is $25. Paying in cash, or showing a military ID, takes 10% off the fare. Any other extra is listed in your confirmation before you pay.
Getting the details right
Quotes rely on the pickup address, destination, flight, number of passengers and amount of luggage you give us. If these change, tell us: extra stops, extra passengers or a larger vehicle can change the price, and we will tell you the new price before the ride, not after.
Passengers and luggage
Each vehicle carries no more passengers than it has seat belts, and every passenger must wear one. If the group or luggage turns out larger than booked, we may need to send a second or larger vehicle, at the price we agree with you first.
Children
California law requires young children to ride in a suitable car seat or booster. Tell us their ages when you book and we will fit the right seats for free.
Waiting, delays and no-shows
We track arriving flights and adjust your pickup to the real landing time. Waiting beyond the included time may be charged as set out in your confirmation. If we cannot reach you at the pickup point, the ride may be treated as a no-show.
Changes and cancellations
Cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are covered in our Cancellation Policy, linked in the footer.
Weather, roads and mountain trips
Traffic, weather and road closures are outside our control. For trips over the Sierra passes in winter we check conditions before setting off and may suggest an earlier start, a different route or a new time. We are not liable for flights missed because of conditions like these.
Conduct and safety
Drivers may decline to carry, or stop a ride for, anyone who is unsafe, abusive, or damaging the vehicle. Cleaning or repair costs caused by a passenger may be charged.
Insurance and liability
We carry commercial insurance at the limits the CPUC requires. Our liability for any ride is limited to what the law allows.
Your information
We use your details only to quote, operate and support your ride. Our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer, explains how.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them; the version on this page when you book applies to that booking.
